The Air rights Law and why it may matter. The Air rights is a property interest in the "space" above the Earth's surface. Generally speaking, owning or renting land or a building includes the right to use and build in the space above the land without interference by others.
This legal concept is encoded in the Latin phrase Cuius est solum, eius est usque ad coelum et ad inferos ("Whoever owns the soil, it is theirs up to Heaven and down to Hell."), which appears in medieval Roman law and is credited to 13th-century glossator Accursius; it was notably popularized in common law in Commentaries on the Laws of England (1766) by William Blackstone; see origins of phrase for details. In the 20th century, the splitting of air-rights from the underlying property became an important issue for property development, particularly for skyscrapers in some crowded cities.
What if the lines for Heaven & Hell are not where everyone thought......WOOOOAAAA.
Let's introduce Tiffany Trump on the stage. While researching his children I discovered Tiffany Trump, who's mom is Marla Maples. In the Wikipedia article it said:
She was named after jeweler Tiffany & Co.; her father purchased the air rights above the company's Fifth Avenue flagship store in the 1980s while building Trump Tower next door.
Trump bought Air Rights from Tiffany store below. What is interesting is the SPOT it resides on is VERY WEIRD. Tiffany's store moved to it's current location:
The Tiffany & Co. flagship store (also known as The Landmark AKA X-marks the spot) is a ten-story retail building in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, within the luxury shopping district on Fifth Avenue between 49th and 60th Streets. The building, at 727 Fifth Avenue, has served as Tiffany & Co.'s sixth flagship store since its completion in 1940. It was designed by New York City architects Cross & Cross in a "conservative modern" style.
Problem is what if you find Heaven was on the GROUND as well as HELL. They were borders for the MOUNTAIN of God inside what we know as the USA. Should be interesting to watch.
