What did we get wrong in the BIBLE?
The answer seems to be, PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING....no joke
Have you ever thought of the Bible as a TRILOGY? 1st, 2nd, 3rd? Yet that is EXACTLY how it is written.
1st: We start with the BIRTH of a NATION...and idea
2nd: The Son appears and has grown up in a NATION with a LOST army(Joined Rome's Army)
3rd: As he get's Older HE becomes a FATHER of a NATION and the PROMISE is fulfilled.
Now when you look at that, it appears you may have not thought that way about it yet. However it's CLEARLY there. Did we focus so much on small things you have LOST TRACK of the BIGGER picture? I believe so.
1st: Old Testament is a blue print on how to build a NATION
2nd: New Testament is about how to OVER TAKE a Nation that went corrupt
3rd: What happens when there is nothing written and it ends? Have you considered this? Do we just listen to God the Father now? What is the 3rd part if it's not written in another book? Where do we go now? Are we complete? Well the New Testament seems to leave us at a specific point in TIME with specific pointers to know you have arrived. After that you will Rule & Reign with Him forever it says.
The Bible is not really about a CHURCH as you think. It's about a specific group of people...Ecclesia is the Greek word we translate church. Ecclesia (from Greek ekklesia) originally meant a civic assembly of citizens in ancient Greece, a gathering "called out" for public business. Our Church turned into a Spiritual center and then reached out to the World. We have a message, but do you really understand what God was doing his original intent? I believe we missed it.
A NATION needs an Army. That is what transpired Between Abraham and Isaac. God tested if we can lay down your son for the SACRAFICE. Your sons will die defending a NATION. Think of all the things in history and folklore about Men eating their sons. It happened in Knossos Palace in Crete in the MAZE with the Minotaur. The Minotaur was a BULL, the Bull is an ARMY that you feed your sons too. Kronos, the Titan king in Greek mythology, who ate his children. Think about that over a VERY LONG TIME. We have put more in the ground than you can possibly imagine.
Genesis 12:1-2 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
Everything in the Bible and other mythology all point to some common archetypes. There is a NEED to defend against Evil and you will feed your sons and daughters to it....you know that's true, the facts support it. You may not wish to acknowledge that but it's there for all to see.
In the next several years all will see this to be true.

God said DON'T MAKE a GRAVEN IMAGE of Him, but wait doesn't the Bible say we are made in the image of GOD? He made one of himself and it's YOU. Funny how you never put those 2 ideas together. Have you PAINTED A PICTURE in YOUR MIND of the Bible and you can not deviate from it? What if what you painted in your MIND was WRONG or not in it's FULLNESS of UNDERSTANDING.....ouch that is going to hurt
Did you ever think you can make a graven image in your mind? Yet you make those all the time. Every time you read a BIBLE STORY, you paint an image in your head of what is happening. Now, some folks can paint a LONG story with very vivid details. However the Bible is more of a MILITARY META DATA story. It builds a frame on which you project the details of the image. How many times have you heard a Bible story even studied it a bit, then someone comes along and blows your mind at how much you did NOT know. Everyone has, we are no exception to the rule. That means you painted your picture wrong the first time....YUP!!!
The Bible is a STORY of NATIONS and BUILDING those NATIONS and using MILITARY as God's instrument of choice for the non-compliant. The Bible tells you how you should handle your Military also when it pertains to that Nation.
Some good advice for you to help correct that IMAGE you INSCRIBED in your mind....the Bible is a MILITARY(Sons of GOD) book of NATIONS with PEOPLE(Sons-Daughters of MEN) who are working on building a NATION for GOD. The ecclesia or ekklesia (Greek: ἐκκλησία) was the assembly of the citizens in city-states of ancient Greece...there is no CHURCH as you see it today. Ecclesia is a CIVIC GROUP working for God. Maybe even to DEBATE in public.
If you think this is all just BS, then you INSCRIBED an IMAGE in your mind and broke rule #2 of the 10 Suggestions. The FRAME work is there in plain sight.
