Before God works on any thing like money, prosperity, gifts, ect. He will work on how you treat and speak and think about
people. It seems to me that God has to start there first. Why? Because He will show Himself most mightily by you seeing how to obey him on how you treat people. More folks have gotten cursed and fallen into the worst troubles by the way they treat people. If you loved and treated people the way you wanted treated surely you would be obedient to God also. Why else would you put up with people and their idiosyncrasies? God is teaching me to be kind to people. I am beginning to listen and hold my tongue. That is a sure sign God is at work to bless me. I would start with debt. Not God though. He will start by teaching me how to obey.
Nothing will teach you quicker by watching it in action then the way you treat and react to people. How quick is a cutting tongue when anger is at the door? God will reward you greatly if only you will obey and treat others the way we would in heaven. How can we live in heaven when we can’t even show the love God has shown us? I owe God so much I could never repay. But I want to try. By doing what He has done for me and to me. Surely He was kind when I was a jerk. Surely He was patient when I wasn’t being. He has shown me great grace. I thought it ended when I got saved. I really believed that. God gave me grace when I got saved and to sin was to step on his grace after the fact. But he continually shows me new grace every day and that is like being born again all over again. Man that is good. Bless God for helping me. Grace grace wonderful grace coming down from the Father above.
